Top Branch Partners is a premier accountancy, financial services, business advice and support company. As you navigate the website you will find various services which fit together and complement each other. Many people in my profession have unfortunately never worked outside of an accounting practice and focus very narrowly on accounting issues. We believe this can give a somewhat skewed idea of the pressures that exist outside of their own environment.
Our initial discussion with you will be to determine which services you require and then put together a bespoke package with a very reasonable monthly fee. Our philosophy is the belief that the average accountancy and business advice fees in the UK are too high, and our mission statement is to provide such services at a reasonable price without sacrificing quality! We are based in Surrey and Hampshire and work with clients throughout the whole of the UK.
Directors and Senior Accountants
Andrew Tree (Managing Director)
Andrew is an experienced business entrepreneur who has held Managing Director/Finance Director-level positions during the last decade.
He believes passionately in offering a professional value for money service to SME's, that provides them with the correct supporting infrastructure to maintain, grow and develop a successful business.
As a local councillor, Andrew has previously been a Deputy Town Mayor, and was more recently elected as Leader of the Town Council for two terms. In that role, Andrew was also Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee which oversees council finances, and he won a business award in 2013.
Adam Walker (Operations Support Manager & Senior Accountant)
Adam has over 10 years' experience in both general practice industry, soon after leaving school he then went to the University of Teesside where he graduated with a degree in accounting and finance. After which he then began his career in general practice with a top 10. Adam now provides support as a manager and looks after a broad portfolio of clients, dealing with all their financial and accountancy-related needs. Adam is well-equipped to assist with any issues you may have.
Sarah Redfern ACMA ATT (Senior Accountant)
As a dual qualified Tax Adviser and Chartered Management Accountant, Sarah is very well placed to offer advice and support.
Sarah's career in accountancy has spanned over two decades and she enjoys building strong relationships with clients.
Nandha Kumar (Senior Accountant)
With a Bachelor degree in commerce, accounting technician certificate from the ICAI and 16 years experience in accountancy, Nandha is very well placed to manage our team of junior accountants and bookkeepers. Previously Nandha has worked in an audit firm, before moving into management of general practice.
Geoff Waterhouse ACIS (Senior Accountant)
Geoff started his career in accountancy over 30 years ago and in that time has been both a financial and management accountant. He also qualified as an independent financial advisor in 1997, is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (qualified in 1979), and has an excellent all-round knowledge.
Geoff has been the Chairman of The Blackwater Valley Small Business Club and Finance Director of Farnham Sands Golf Club.
The Team
Katrina Andrews (PA to the Directors)
As PA the the Directors, Katrina is tasked with a variety of administrative duties and is well suited to being organised, being from a customer service background.
Accountancy & Support Staff
Our Senior Accountants and management are supported by the rest of our team. This includes Adam who is a Chartered Certified Accountant and our junior accountancy and bookkeeping staff who report to Nandha. Tanya Waterhouse supports Geoff in his role, and Vince Ray oversees payroll.
